Less noise. More resonance.
Sounds,Frequencies & Vibrations for Turbulent Times.
More than you can hear.
At its essence, sound is vibration traveling through air, water, and even the tissues of our bodies. These vibrations, or sound waves, move in patterns of frequency and amplitude that can be measured with precision. Every cell in your body resonates with its own rhythm, and when sound waves meet these natural rhythms, they can interact in powerful ways—sometimes reinforcing, sometimes calming.
Research shows that sound can generates far-infrared light (FIR) - which penetrates tissue and interacts with cells in the very wavelength range they already use to communicate. The science of sound continues to evolve and it quantifying what others have experienced through direct experience. More research highlights at the end.
Right; New imaging tools, like the Cymascope, make these invisible vibrations visible, revealing intricate geometric patterns that show how sound quite literally shapes matter. This is a water molecule vibrating at 62.4 Htz.
The Experience.
The experience of sound healing deeply tangible. When sound vibrates through us, we don’t just hear it, we feel it. Some common experiences:
A geometry you can sense. Just as cymatic patterns reveal sound’s hidden shapes in water, our bodies are mostly water themselves and can resonate with those same structures.
Meditation with ‘texture’. Instead of silence, sound becomes the anchor for both active and passive meditation. Some find it easier to attain a state of focus with background sound.
Physical release: In a sound session people can feel the areas where they hold the most tension. For many that tension lessons or disappears as the session progresses.
Sound experiences can also be used to release emotions or fears. Sound is often used to ground a person, it can also be used to energize.
In Turbulent Times, Both Are Needed.
About Eric.
I’ve been practicing sound meditation for nearly 15 years, and have had the honor of being formally training by some pioneers in the field. My offerings include community sound sessions and 1:1 or small group experience.
Each experience is tailored to the person, group and intention. Check me out at our meetup, or reach out to discuss how sound meditation can help you!

Research
Sound meditation results are experienced, but also measurable. Research highlighted by Cymascope has uncovered how sound can support the body in profound ways
-
Low frequencies activate nerve fibers that close the “pain gate,” easing discomfort naturally.
-
Vibrations stimulate the release of nitric oxide, relaxing blood vessels, improving circulation, and even supporting wound repair.
-
Music and sound lower stress hormones, increase dopamine, and strengthen immune cell activity.
-
Experiments show music exposure dramatically increased viable red blood cells compared to silence—up to 23 times more depending on the genre. Specific sound therapies performed even better, suggesting resonance may help restore cell membranes.
-
Binaural beats and carefully chosen sounds help guide brainwaves into relaxed or focused states.
Sound stimulates the vagus nerve, balancing digestion, heart rate, breathing, and inflammation.m description
